A fun way to earn your fees paid and lots of awesome prizes is to sell good luck pages or business ads for the official program book! The sponsor pages may be sold to family members, friends, businesses or anyone who wants to sponsor you! They may be business advertisements or pages to say “good luck”. All ads must be mailed to PO Box 1174 Richmond, KY 40476 or online under the ad page submission link. Ads must be sent as you would like them to appear in the program book and must be ready to be scanned (if submitted through mail). We do not design ads, they must be print-ready. Absolutely no refunds on any ads. No staples, laminations, tape, or foam board. If you are uploading online, you do not need ad receipt attached to the ad submitted online. The online deadline is 06/14/26 at midnight EST.
You don't have to sell just these sizes! You can get friends, family, businesses, etc together to crate a full page ad!! For example, if you sell six $25 ads, you can put them together and submit them as a full page ad!!
Another way to earn your fees free is to sell chances to win a $200 Amazon gift card to family and friends.
$1 = 1 chance and each chance goes directly towards your entry fees and can also go towards ambassador ad page sales! Each chance must be brought to registration filled out completely and cut out. Copy and print as many as you need!
The winner will be drawn at crowning on Sunday, you DO NOT have to be there to win!
